1. The Best Products Give the Best Results
ExpresShine uses only the best products from the best suppliers. We buy only dental grade products from FDA and CE inspected and registered laboratories. FDA approved is not the same as FDA inspected.
Many suppliers buy from the same laboratories that manufacture bulk gel for affiliate teeth whitening companies (ever seen "Mom's Cure for Yellow Teeth" or "Free Whitening for S&H of $2.95"?). These gels are not FDA monitored and the quality is very poor and unstable. FDA approved or compliant is not the same as FDA registered. Only FDA inspected and registered ensures the very best quality, purity and performance.
We've personally tested every type of whitening gel, mouthpiece and most lamps and selected the best products with the best results. We've chosen not to take any shortcuts and sometimes it costs us a little more to use a more expensive, superior product but we know you'll see the difference!
Mouth trays pre-loaded with gel can melt in shipping and the gel can stick to plastic gloves so that some teeth do not get whitened. If the client needs a second or third treatment, you must use a completely new pre-loaded tray which will quickly erode your profits!
After many consultations with dentists, and dental suppliers, ExpresShine selected an extremely effective system that is also incredibly easy and sold to dentists such as the USC (University of Southern California) dental school. Our system is available in paint on or with a clear mouth tray. This system allows you to charge for several sessions for the price of one whitening kit, putting more profits in your pocket!
2. Hydrogen Peroxide Always Made in the USA
ExpresShine's laboratory is FDA registered and follows guidelines imposed on US dental manufacturers such as QS (Quality System) and cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) which are the strictest in the industry. Not all cosmetic teeth whitening vendors use FDA registered labs because the registration process is expensive, time consuming and requires the lab to allow regular inspections and to follow strict processes. A gel that is FDA compliant does not mean it comes from an FDA registered lab. All hydrgen peroxide gels under 16% sold to the public are FDA compliant.
Only the very best labs are FDA registered. FDA registration guarantees that ExpresShine products have the same quality, purity, consistency and strength as products used by your dentist. In fact, our lab is a supplier to leading dentists including dental schools like USC.
Poorly made gels may have manufacturing impurities or inferior ingredients sourced on the secondary market. ExpresShine products are rigorously tested to confirm they do not contain common microbial contaminants. Every step of the manufacturing process is controlled to FDA standards to ensure all products meet the highest levels of purity.
In order to ensure consistent quality, water used for production is purified to USP standards using a top-of-the-line reverse osmosis system and ultraviolet sterilization. The lab uses jacketed stainless steel mixing and holding vessels as well as jacketed kettles, pumps and filters to ensure a consistent, repeatable process. The lab places a heavy emphasis on quality control at all stages of the manufacturing process. Chemical raw materials are approved for release by Quality Control prior to the transfer to the manufacturing area. Each product batch is inspected at least 4 times- in the mix tank, holding vessel, during packaging and before shipment to our customers.
The entire manufacturing floor has special yellow overhead lighting installed to protect the gels during production and ensure they don't set or decompose prematurely.
Each batch is then oven tested at extreme temperatures over 3 days to ensure stability and consistency. The gel is then delivered in airtight syringes to ensure a long shelf life. Lab scientists evaluate the effectiveness on real subjects and thoroughly monitor and document their findings. This information is shared with the FDA as part of their ongoing lab inspections. The gels have a 2 year shelf life.
Finally, ExpresShine's quality focus extends to the way it is shipped to our customers in special packaging to keep the gels cool and fresh from our facility to your business.
Be sure to select a gel that has the %, lot number, exp date and country of origin listed on the pen or applicator. Without this, you have no gaurantee of the product ingredients, safety, age or origin.
3. Highest Quality Lamps
Quality doesn't stop at the gels but extends to the light as well because if your light is down, so are your teeth whitening profits. Here are some things to consider when choosing a quality light:
ExpresShine is one of the highest intensity cool blue lights as measured by candelas (800-1200 mW/cm2). That is 85% more intense than most other lights on market. You should be concerned if a teeth whitening vendor measures their light in Watts as this for incandescent bulbs not LED.*
Therefore, it is important to choose a light that is made well, is solid and has been tested in the market for a considerable amount of time. ExpresShine lights are designed and serviced in California and have the support of a large dental manufacturing company as well as FDA registration to ensure quality is consistent and no hazardous materials are used (lead & cadmium). Small companies that buy lights overseas do not have the resources to enforce quality and safety inspections. Buy with confidence by choosing a vendor that can afford to have FDA registered product.
Beware of lamps that are too cheap as they will have serious quality problems. Look for solid construction, necks that can withstand twisting and turning and will hold their position on the client's mouth, and LED lights that don't flicker off when the head is bumped. ExpresShine tested many models of lamps and some manufacturers had 4 out of 10 lamps that failed- right out of the box! That's bad for your business and costly so it's best to choose wisely.
In the unlikely event of a light failure, ExpresShine has you covered so your business won't be down. Customer service technicians with deep technical knowledge are available to troubleshoot the problem and if it can't be solved with a part, we'll replace the light free of charge, including free shipping of the replacement and failed light.* ExpresShine also offers lifetime technical support so there is no need to buy an extended warranty.
With ExpresShine, you don't have to wait for the sales person to get back to you and then wait even more while your light is repaired and shipped back to you. The extra cost in shipping and lost business is far more than the few dollars you save on a cheap light.
4. Individual, Spa Quality Packaging
ExpresShine packaging is beautiful and classy and will give your customers a sense of confidence in the solution. The packaging may cost ExpresShine a little more but we are proud of our company and products and want you to be proud to carry our line!
5. Three Treatments per Package for Maximum Profits
Each package contains enough material to provide 3 whitenings for your clients. This means you don't have to use another kit and you get to keep the additional profits. Other systems such as foam strips or pre-filled tray can only be used once, costing you more money.
6. Marketing Research and Industry Knowledge
ExpresShine has done extensive market research to understand both the teeth whitening industry and the cosmetic beauty industry. We are constantly talking with customers all over the US gathering information on how to market, promote and perform teeth whitening so we can share this best practices information with our customers. ExpresShine has met with cosmetic business consultants to understand your needs and challenges and we will constantly work with you to refine your teeth whitening efforts.
